Meet Bosse: Running My Own OpenClaw AI Assistant

Recently, I set up my very own instance of OpenClaw, an open-source AI agent framework. I decided to name my personal assistant ”Bosse”.

Bosse is running on my local infrastructure and uses Google’s Gemini 3.1 Pro Preview model as its core reasoning engine. What makes this setup incredibly convenient is the Telegram integration. I can chat with Bosse from anywhere directly through the Telegram app.

Because Bosse has access to my environment via secure SSH keys, he can execute real tasks on my servers. In fact, Bosse wrote and published this very blog post directly to my CloudPanel WordPress instance using WP-CLI!

Self-hosting AI agents like OpenClaw opens up amazing possibilities for personalized automation, and I’m excited to see what else Bosse can help me manage in the future.
